Sourcing Specialist
5+ Months W2 Contract
San Jose, CA (Hybrid) 

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:

• Lead marketing sourcing projects
• Liaise with internal team, finance and suppliers for sourcing project execution
• Oversee contract obligations
• Develop and coordinate RFx activity
• Liaise with Legal for risk mitigation
• Report progress weekly
• Drive continuous improvement
• Contribute to the strategic direction of sourcing/procurement initiatives

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or similar (preference: MBA or JD)
• 3-6 years of experience in strategic sourcing/procurement in marketing or indirect services
• Market knowledge of marketing contracting trends
• Familiarity with fiscal planning cycles
• Excellent emotional intelligence, growth mentality
• Mastery of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with BI reporting and spend analysis
• High attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to synthesize and present complex matters
• Willingness to train and educate users, and effective workload management

Here’s what else might help you out:

• Additional certification on supply chain or procurement space is a plus

Pay Range: 

$46.00 - $50.70/hour
