šŸ”§ What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our surgical team, you will:

  • Prepare and set up for scheduled procedures with the necessary instrumentation and implants
  • Assist surgeons at the sterile field, anticipating needs and ensuring seamless workflows
  • Support circulator staff and help maintain a safe, patient-focused environment
  • Follow strict aseptic technique and uphold surgical standards in accordance with AORN guidelines
  • Participate in time-out procedures and intraoperative safety checks
  • Position patients, apply tourniquets, and handle surgical specimens appropriately
  • Assist in patient transport and maintain readiness for upcoming cases

āœ… What We’re Looking For:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
  • Current CST certification (NBSTSA) and BLS certification required
  • Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient OR setting strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
  • Ability to work independently while excelling as part of a team
