Under the guidance of the Senior Clinical Manager and in partnership with our expert team of Physicians, APPs, and surgical schedulers, you’ll lead daily clinical operations and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional joint care. This position blends hands-on patient care with leadership and administrative responsibilities.

You will oversee a talented team of Clinical Assistants, Medical Office Assistants, and Clinical Coordinators, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients undergoing joint replacement, arthritis care, and related services.

šŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate daily clinic workflows, staffing, and resource management
  • Act as a clinical lead and liaison between providers and staff
  • Provide RN-level care including medication administration, triage, and post-op wellness checks
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation, patient education, and follow-up care
  • Support surgical readiness including labs, imaging, clearances, and patient coordination
  • Participate in training, staff development, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with surgical schedulers, billing/pre-auth teams, and leadership

🧾 Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with current Maine licensure (Required)
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in orthopaedics or surgical care
  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience
  • BLS certification (Required)
  • Strong knowledge of joint care workflows and musculoskeletal health
  • Proficient in EHR systems and clinical documentation
  • A calm, confident leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
