Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Revenue Cycle with occasional travel requirements. The Director of Revenue Cycle will oversee and manage all aspects of the revenue cycle process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in billing, coding, cash applications, contract compliance and collections. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to improve revenue cycle processes, monitoring key performance indicators, coordinating with various departments to address issues, and providing leadership and training to revenue cycle staff.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of billing, coding, and collections in ASC revenue cycle - must have ASC experience
• Proficiency in revenue cycle management and healthcare reimbursement methodologies
• Experience with SIS Complete, NextGen preferred
• Leadership and training skills to manage and develop a team
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management within the healthcare industry
