What You’ll Do:

✔️ Welcome and room patients, ensuring comfort and readiness for their visit
✔️ Obtain vital signs, medical history, and intake details for provider review
✔️ Assist with a wide range of procedures, including injections and other interventional treatments
✔️ Educate patients on post-procedure care, medications, and treatment plans
✔️ Document accurately and efficiently in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
✔️ Prepare and maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
✔️ Support providers during exams and procedures, ensuring smooth workflow and patient safety
✔️ Collaborate closely with physiatrists, NP/PAs, and fellow team members to deliver outstanding care

What You Bring to the Team:

✅ Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent clinical certification
✅ BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire)
✅ Prior healthcare or medical office experience preferred
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient-focused care
✅ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting
✅ Comfort with EMR systems and basic computer skills
✅ Compassionate, team-oriented mindset with a focus on quality care
