JOB DESCRIPTION

 

 

Job Title:               Creditor Relations Administrator

Pay:                        $19 hourly

 

 

Position Summary:

The Creditor Relations Administrator is primarily responsible for assisting in identification, document processing, data organization, and administration of creditor communications. Candidates must be able to follow instructions, have strong people skills, and possess the ability to work well independently. Candidates should have intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  

 

  • Downloading, editing and uploading large amounts of files
  • Create Mass Scrub Partner lists on regular cadence with macros
  • Index-match lists from the previous month
  • Update escrow report for each new list as needed
  • Send and receive all lists to mass companies
  • Track penetration rates and mass volumes month-over-month
  • Quickly identify patterns and anomalies in large data sets
  • Generate OPS and Trough report matching
  • Demonstrates and exudes all company Core Values
  • Create and distribute the escrow prediction report to appropriate leadership
  • Generate Ad Hoc reporting requests from leadership
  • Onboard and manage internal SFTP folders for creditors
  • Work with third-party vendors for data collection and sharing

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma, BA preferred or equivalent experience and/or related training.  

 

Language Ability:

Basic Effectively communicate both verbally and in written format.   Ability to write simple correspondence.  An ability to effectively present information in on-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

 

Math Ability:

Intermediate Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

 

Reasoning Ability:

Intermediate Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

 

Computer Skills: Computer skills needed to successfully accomplish the essential duties of this job are as follows: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Specialty Software Skills: Debt Pay Pro knowledge is a plus. Must be able to perform advanced formulas and macros in Excel as well as adapt to other FTP sites and processes with haste.
