Your New Job
Job Summary: Congruex is looking for a Subcontractor Admin to join their team at their Boulder or Denver location. This individual will help with the onboarding process of their subcontractors and sub-vendors to ensure timeliness, consistency and accuracy. You will report into the current Project Manager overseeing this process and work to streamline approvals. We are seeking individuals that have good communication, strong attention to detail and are organized.
Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):· Conduct financial and contract analysis, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
· Manage and maintain Excel models and databases, providing data analysis and actionable reporting.
· Support the VP of Operations in preparing executive-level presentations and business reviews.
· Act as the primary liaison for subcontractors, managing the onboarding process from initiation to completion.
· Oversee document control and compliance throughout the subcontractor onboarding process.
· Review, track, and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to ensure adherence to company standards and project-specific requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
General- Willing to aggressively learn multiple facets of a telecom business from contracts to finance to operations
· Results oriented
· Good listener & communicator (our field teams are remote so phone, email, text abilities are key)
Technical· XL, PowerPoint, basic database input/analysis experience
· Finance, Project Management, Telecom, Construction related experience not required, but helpful
Desired Skills & Qualifications:Business, Engineering, DBA type degrees and/or technical experience
