Job Summary

The Customer Service Supervisor ensures that customer inquiries are responded to accurately and in a timely manner. This individual is a problem solver and assists in maintaining the effectiveness of the Customer Service department. The Customer Service Supervisor trains staff and fills in during vacations or vacant positions in the department. He / she promotes customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 

Responsibilities

·       Resolve customer’s issues and problems.

·       Accurate documentation and record keeping.

·       Analyze statistics and compile reports.

·       Remain current with Wego’s developments and implement improvements.

·       Fill in for team members during PTO or replacement for open positions.

·       Develop training tools and job aids for CSR procedures.

·       Resource for Outside Sales Personnel, directing them to proper internal company resources and procedures.

 

Key Qualifications

·       Previous experience interacting with customers and leading a team of employees, or related foundational experience.

·       Experience in providing customer service support.

·       Proficiency in English.

·       Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.

·       Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications.

·       Strong client-facing and communication skills.

·       BS degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
