Executive & Personal Assistant
Skaneateles, NY | Full-Time | $85,000–$110,000/year

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a full-time Executive and Personal Assistant to manage confidential and highly professional personal, household, and business/philanthropic tasks. The role is divided into three key areas which include summaries of varying responsibilities:- Personal Assistant: 40% — includes calendar management, errands, travel planning, and personal coordination.
- Home Manager: 35% — includes overseeing household operations, vendor management, and event facilitation.
- Executive Assistant: 25% — includes supporting client on business and philanthropic efforts through reporting, communications, and administrative tasks.
This role requires the ability to establish systems and processes for effective management while ensuring the highest level of quality. The ideal candidate will be able to work some evenings and weekends to meet with vendors and facilitate events, maintain a high level of professionalism, and possess strong communication skills for interacting with vendors, board members, and community leaders and other members of client’s network.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a high-level executive support role.
- Must be located within 45 minutes of Skaneateles, NY, and able to work in a hybrid capacity primarily remote, but some days each week on-site, including the occasional weekend/holiday overlap.
- Must have a valid driver’s license & their own vehicle to facilitate tasks.
- Physical Requirements: This role involves tasks such as lifting items, navigating stairs and uneven surfaces, and standing, walking, or bending for extended periods.
- Ability to travel: Examples - NYC quarterly, Florida annually to prepare winter home, day trips as needed.
