The Reservation Coordinator is responsible for handling reservations, inquiries, and cancellations in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner, and quoting available rates to maximize revenue according to resort standards. The Reservation Coordinator is also responsible for group blocks and reservations. This role will work with property leaders across the CRR Hospitality portfolio to ensure a seamless booking experience for guests.

JOB DUTIES- Answer incoming guest calls to book reservations
- Follow procedures to make, cancel, or change reservations
- Working with Rally groups and making group reservations
- Building group blocks
- Modify, cancel, or update existing reservations as needed
- Monitoring resort inventory, maximizing site placement for arrivals
- Monitoring daily arrivals and special requests
- Maximize vacation rental revenue via online booking sites
- Maintain guest database and profiles
- Maintain accurate filing system and group tracing
- Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
- Assist guests with pre-arrival concierge services and stay upgrades
- Maintain excellent understanding of amenities and activities at all resorts
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays are required.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service or reservation-related role, preferably in outdoor hospitality, hotels, or tourism.
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., , Campspot, RMS, ResNexus, or similar platforms).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
