Compensation: Salary (Exempt)- $225,000-$250,000 + Bonus
Location: Boulder, CO

Job Summary:
The Vice President, Commercial Solutions holds a senior leadership position within Congruex, overseeing specific functions related to commercial solutions.
Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
· Market Analysis: Developing and implementing data driven market analysis strategy, including AI leveraged data acquisition and data analysis to determine market demands and predict new service line opportunities.
· Strategic Planning: Developing and leading implementation of strategic plans for the commercial solutions division in alignment with Congruex's overall goals and objectives. This includes setting goals, defining strategies, and allocating resources effectively.
· Business Development: Leading efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector. This involves leading a team to perform market research, as well as identifying potential clients, and developing strategies to acquire new business.
· Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key commercial clients. Ensuring client satisfaction, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to expand services or cross-sell additional products.
· Financial Management: Develop and drive deals to align with corporate financial objectives including margin and positive cash flow terms.
· Team Leadership: Providing leadership and guidance to teams throughout the organization in support of the commercial operations. This includes training and developing staff, setting performance expectations, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
· Product and Service Development: Collaborating with and leading product development teams to innovate and enhance commercial services offerings. This may involve launching new products, improving existing services, or customizing offerings to meet client needs.
· Risk Management: Assessing and managing risks associated with commercial services operations. This includes credit risk, operational risk, compliance risk, and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
· Operational Efficiency: Driving operational efficiencies within the commercial services division. This includes optimizing processes, improving workflow, and creating better ways of working.
· Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to commercial services. Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and implementing necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· BS in engineering, construction, or financial related major preferred or equivalent work experience.
· Minimum of 15 years of commercial leadership experience
· Experienced market analysis and strategy development
Required Licenses/Certifications/Registrations:
· None required. PMP preferred.
