The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with excellent project management and relationship-building skills to drive complex initiatives to successful delivery.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can partner closely with business, IT, and system integrator teams to manage dependencies, resolve issues, and deliver program milestones on time and within budget.
Deliverables & Responsibilities
Data Migration Management
· Oversee end-to-end data migration lifecycle—from source data mapping and cleansing through validation and reconciliation.
· Coordinate across business owners, functional teams, and technical leads to ensure data quality and readiness for each project phase.
· Define and manage migration runbooks, data load schedules, and cutover sequencing.
· Implement and enforce data governance practices aligned with enterprise standards.
Test Lead & Quality Management
· Lead cross-functional testing efforts including system integration, regression, performance, and UAT.
· Develop test strategy and schedule in collaboration with QA and functional leads.
· Manage test environments, data refreshes, and defect triage across multiple releases.
· Track test execution progress, defect resolution, and readiness for go-live.
Environment & Release Management

· Coordinate environment refreshes, data syncs, and version control with infrastructure and vendor teams.
· Partner with ERP platform teams (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP) to maintain stable and compliant environments.
· Manage environment dependencies across functional, technical, and integration tracks.
Cutover & Go-Live Planning
· Lead integrated cutover planning and execution—covering data loads, technical activities, business readiness, and hypercare.
· Develop and manage detailed and repeatable cutover playbook, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
· Partner with functional and IT leads to ensure smooth transition to production with minimal disruption.
· Establish go-live success criteria and post-go-live stabilization processes.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
· Build trusted, collaborative relationships across business and technical teams.
· Serve as a bridge between program leadership, solution architects, and system integrators.
· Facilitate cross-workstream communication to anticipate risks and drive proactive resolution.
· Present clear, concise updates to program steering committees and executive sponsors.
To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:
· 8+ years of experience managing complex IT or ERP transformation programs.

· Excellent organizational and communication skills—able to manage competing priorities.
· Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence across diverse stakeholders.
· PMP, Agile, or ITIL certification desired.
· 2+ experience working in large manufacturing, distribution, or construction materials environments.
· Hands-on knowledge of data migration tools, test automation, and release management systems.
