Real Estate Program Manager - Process Improvement Specialist
Join our dynamic team as we transform Real Estate Lending communications through innovative project management and process optimization. We're seeking candidates with exceptional Agile expertise and Communications/Marketing experience to drive our success.
Location & Work Arrangements:
- Primary Location: Headquarters (Vienna, VA)
- Alternative Locations: GPO (Pensacola, FL) or WCC (Winchester, VA)
- Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm (local time)
- Work Model: Hybrid with onsite presence minimum 3 days weekly
- Overtime: Available as business needs arise
- Contract Duration: Through March 31, 2026 (potential for extension)
Position Overview:
In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate multiple high-impact projects focused on process improvements and productivity initiatives for our Real Estate Lending internal communications team. You'll analyze workflows, implement optimizations, and drive business transformation through thoughtful project management and collaborative leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects through comprehensive life-cycles including:
- Building and guiding high-performing project teams
- Developing robust project plans with clear scope, design, schedules and testing protocols
- Managing resources, timelines, and quality benchmarks
- Implementing effective change management strategies and training
- Ensuring flawless project execution from concept to completion
- Partner with leadership to shape strategic goals, initiatives, and action plans
- Deliver insightful project status reporting to management
- Translate program vision into actionable epics and features while guiding teams in user story development
- Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks to project success
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members and stakeholders
- Cultivate productive relationships across all organizational levels
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in workflow optimization and program development
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives while adapting to evolving priorities
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with hands-on implementation experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Asana or similar project management platforms
- Exceptional project leadership skills with track record of successful implementations
- Superior planning, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Talent for analyzing business requirements and recommending effective solutions
- Experience leading business process improvement initiatives
- Outstanding communication skills across all mediums and audience levels
- Demonstrated success building cross-functional partnerships
- Experience collaborating with leadership in complex operational environments
- Innovative thinking and decisive problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting marketing or communications teams (highly desired)
