PartnerCare has partnered with Hueman to find a Physical Therapist for their Jaffe Sports Medicine clinic in Naples, FL.

Jaffe Sports Medicine (JSM), founded in 1995, is a medical practice with board-certified physicians in Interventional Pain Management, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Orthopedic Surgery, and a team of licensed Physical Therapists. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Perform EMG and NCS studies 70% of role 
• Provide individual therapy services to patients - 30%
• Complete all required documentation for patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team 
• Provide family education and training
• Holistic approach

​Job Qualifications:  

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or equivalent from an accredited college or university
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Florida 
• 1-2 years of sports therapy experience
