Vice President of Marketing and Sales (Full Time) Atlanta, GA.  This position reports to an office in Midtown Atlanta, GA, Monday - Friday.  

Reporting to senior leadership, this position has direct responsibility for people resources and revenues as it relates to the marketing and sales vertical, overseeing our digital marketing, revenue management, social media, PR, graphic design, branding, and partnership initiatives to meet and exceed the strategic goals of the organization.

We are on a mission to create a leading brand in a rapidly emerging sector of the hospitality industry. Our Sales & Marketing Team is directly responsible for developing, overseeing and promoting brand identity and maximizing property revenues by developing creative marketing programs and strategic partnerships to increase occupancy and drive demand.

Responsibilities:
● Successfully promote and manage the company brand
● Oversee our master brand development process (RFP process has been kicked off), custom website build, and collateral development with third party creative agencies
● Develop and oversee all digital marketing, social media, and PR strategies with third party agencies
● Evaluate, identify, and implement appropriate sales automation, digital and metasearch strategies
● Develop Company’s sales and marketing strategy, processes, and procedures including hiring needs and Sales & Marketing Team org structure
● Exhibit leadership competencies that create vision, provide direction, and drive the company’s sales and marketing efforts far into the future
● Lead strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Sales & Marketing Team
● Assist Operations and Finance Teams in preparing annual budgets and strategy for each property in our portfolio. Assist market level and regional level team members in establishing property strategies. Support the Operations Team with annual presentations to landlord partners
● Collaborate with market level, regional level and corporate level leadership to provide advice, guidance and support for the various sales functions and day to day initiatives. Act as first line resource for divisional inquiries and questions related to sales and marketing initiatives
● Monitor and review property business plans and results on a quarterly basis, including making recommendations based on changing market conditions and performance results
● Benchmarking – Understand hotel and multifamily performance standards used by other management companies and regular benchmarking to comparable properties to identify opportunities for improvement ● Develop and maintain corporate roll up of Company’s key marketing & sales KPIs
● Monthly reporting on accomplishments, portfolio performance projections, and upcoming priorities/projects
● Support the Operations Team with thoughtful analytics regarding forecasting, pace, market share and margin improvement
● Participate and maintain active company and community relations while taking part in corporate activities and meetings
● Determine departmental hiring and staffing needs with leadership team and lead departmental hiring processes
● Provide regular mentorship, career development, and coaching sessions with team members
● Develop a process in which high potential sales and marketing candidates for future positions are identified and put in a pipeline for opportunities
● Perform any other assignments as directed by the organization or leadership Requirements:
● Community and culture is our focus, so a passion for design, traveling and community engagement is important
● A minimum of five-years of relevant experience in a managerial level sales and marketing role in a hospitality environment
● Direct budgeting and forecasting experience is a must
● Deep knowledge and experience in digital, metasearch, and marketing automation is a must
● Brand development, website build, and collateral development experience is a must
● Past managerial and hiring experience is a must
● Ability to stay organized, and effectively manage/prioritize multiple projects, and possess strong attention to detail
● Desire to contribute, ask questions, and ask for help when needed
● Maintain high levels of professionalism while interacting with community members, team members, and property partners
