Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Supervisor for a 300-unit Class A residential community in Pooler, Georgia. We're seeking an experienced, detail-oriented leader to oversee all maintenance operations and lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional service to our residents. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations across all 300 units and common areas
- Lead, mentor, and manage maintenance team members to ensure quality workmanship and productivity
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets while controlling costs and maximizing efficiency
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
- Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and ensure high-quality customer service
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inspections
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and community policies
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services
- Conduct regular inspections of units and common areas to identify maintenance needs
- Train team members on proper maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
Required Qualifications
- EPA Certification (Environmental Protection Agency)
- CPO Certification (Certified Pool Operator)
- Proven supervisory and team leadership experience
- Strong budget management and financial planning skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of apartment maintenance systems and procedures
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background verification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing large multifamily residential communities
- HVAC, plumbing, or electrical certification or training
- Experience with property management software systems
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainable maintenance practices
- Previous experience in a luxury or Class A community
