Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of a 500+ unit, highrise apartment community, including lease-up operations and ongoing property management
- Drive occupancy and revenue growth through strategic sales, marketing, and resident retention initiatives
- Oversee a talented team of leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and administrative personnel
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards and foster a positive resident experience
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational metrics to ensure profitability and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and lease agreements
- Coordinate marketing efforts and community events to enhance brand visibility and resident engagement
- Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of property management experience, with at least 2 years managing 300+ unit communities
- Proven experience managing new construction or lease-up properties
- Demonstrated excellence in sales, marketing, and customer service
- Strong team leadership and people management skills
- Bachelor's degree, CAM or CPM preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass comprehensive background verification
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation
- Experience with high-rise apartment communities
- Knowledge of Atlanta's real estate market and competitive landscape
- Track record of exceeding occupancy and revenue targets
