Job Summary: 

The Project Coordinator's responsibilities include working closely with Project teams (internal and external) resources to prepare and execute comprehensive plans, including human resources, timeframes, materials, and budgets for projects. This position will demonstrate technical expertise (turn Key Fiber and Coax construction through activations - Hub - Customer CPE); as well as scheduling resources, tasks and risk management, and administrative and financial duties in alignment with Project expectations. Ultimately the Project Coordinator's duties are centered around getting the project completed on time, within budget, and meeting high-quality standards.

Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to): 

·         Accountable for the overall Project Management for discrete jobs

·         Plan and coordinate all facets of the construction process, rendering a decision on workflow, production planning, and control, and material and labor cost control

·         Analyzes business and user needs, documenting requirements and revising existing deployment processes, as necessary

·         Tracks all activity and invoices for Construction and reports that information accordingly

·         Conducts periodic review for new processes to meet current and projected business needs

·         Supports in the monitoring of implementation progress for compliance with budget and time constraints

·         Practices company safety policies and procedures and ensures they are followed

Required Skills & Qualifications: 


·          Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently

·          Must be able to follow written and oral instructions

·          Must know how to function within Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook


·         An advanced knowledge of RF theory (including HFC network) with a demonstrated understanding and working proficiency of HFC networks, fiber optic theory, practical applications, and best practices

·         MUST know Node activation and Node Splits

·         A demonstrated ability to read/understand RF, optical, and data signal flow schematics and matrices with a solid understanding of fiber optic methodology

Desired Skills & Qualifications: 

·         3-5 years of experience in telecommunications/construction with related project management experience 

Employment Status: 

·         Salary - Exempt

·         Full Time

·         $1,100 - $1,350 per week depending on experience and qualifications
