• Employer not providing work sponsorship currentlyARB Analyst Description To support our direct client's Architecture Review Board function, which governs the intake of new technology. Facilitate the intake process, which involves vetting proposals for new technology, reviewing presentation decks for completeness and accuracy, capturing and tracking metadata around pending requests, and scheduling. Work with requestors and Enterprise Architects to verify that requestors have completed basic preparation and due diligence. Also, facilitate review of Architecture Standards, and understand how they plan into the selection of new technologies.
Help facilitate Architecture Review Board (ARB) intake process, including vetting proposed presentations, capturing data regarding proposals, and scheduling.
Work with requestors and Enterprise Architecture team members to verify projects have completed basic preparations prior to being allowed to schedule ARB reviews
Prepare meeting notifications, invitation lists, meeting agendas, and outcome artifacts.
Document, manage, and follow up on critical action items as a result of the ARB meetings and associated decisions.
Understand Enterprise technology standards and how they apply to incoming ARB requests, providing feedback to requestors, as directed.
Document, manage, and follow up on Architecture Standards-related issues and associated conversations, as directed.
Help to develop a new Architecture standards process.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience with Architecture Governance, Architecture Standards, and associated processes.
Basic analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong verbal and written skills.
Knowledgeable with SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online.
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
