Description: This position is for a Senior Engineer with experience in Operational Technology and the Internet of Things (IoT) centered on Industrial Controls and Building Automation Systems. It involves work performing assessments, process mapping, analysis, scheduling, and implementing solutions. Additionally, work will entail considerations such as network designs and operations, as related to the management of IoT devices. Work will involve various groups of engineers, analysts, and project managers.

Responsibilities
 Provide process development, lifecycle management, vulnerability management and assist with change management for IoT devices predominantly centered around industrial controls and building automation systems
 Look for automation and reporting opportunities that will deliver value to key stakeholders
 Assist with assessment and IoT system integration into a complex LAN/WAN environment(s)
 Perform assessments and make recommendations to improve monitoring, performance, and availability
 Perform reviews and assessments, and make recommendations with respect to network security model in accordance with approved compliance standards
 Coordinate with equipment vendors, Information Technology Engineers, and operations personnel
 Perform Quality Control inspections to ensure successful project completion

Qualifications
 Preferred Moderate to high proficiency with ServiceNow: o IT Operations Management – Change, Incident, Problem, and Service Catalog o IT Asset Management – CMDB
 Requires strong team player, able to communicate and show leadership amongst teams of similarly knowledgeable specialists and engineers  Significant experience supporting a mixed environment of varying generations of IoT devices
 Strong understanding of network security and SSL/TLS Certificates
 A moderate amount of scripting/automation experience
 Minimum 7 years experience in the fields of Operational Technology, Network Engineering, and/or IoT
 Proficient, verbal, and written communication, including group training
 Experience with SONET, AAA, Radius/TACACS, Firewalls, NMS systems, IPv6, IEC 61850 and DNP3
 Desired 5-7 years experience developing, troubleshooting, and managing IoT solutions
 Desired 5-7 years experience with network design, administration, and security
 Bachelor's Degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
