Compensation:               $140,000 - $190,000 plus bonus, excellent benefits & generous PTO policy

***This position could be a Sr. Director or VP level depending on candidate’s experience. Senior level candidates are encouraged to apply. Compensation would be commensurate to experience.
We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees in the same or similar role.

Job Summary: We are a privately held, private equity backed firm with multiple subsidiaries, in hyper growth mode. This position is a high impact, high leverage, high visibility position with an opportunity to have a multinational impact. We are looking for an individual who can adapt to new situations in an exciting but ever-changing M&A environment. Possibilities for growth are exponential!

Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
  • Assist month end close across the business
  • Financial analysis & budgeting
  • Forecasting & cash management
  • Help create and facilitate financial systems and processes
  • Interface between corporate and subsidiaries- build rapport, training and oversight on financial systems, reporting, & budgeting.
  • Ad hoc analysis
  • Interfacing on accounting
  • Driving initiatives to expand margins
  • High level reporting and presentations to senior management and executive team members
  • Hands on leader- heavy reporting required
  • Travel to subsidiaries required. (Amount fluctuates based on needs, but more travel is expected upon joining to build rapport and learn systems/support integration etc.).

  • 5+ years of experience
  • M&A environment experience (preferred, not required)
  • This position is based in Boulder at our corporate headquarters and will be working in a hybrid capacity. This means you will be coming in the office a few days a week and working from home a few days a week. Flexibility for which days each week is there. At first, more time will be spent in office training and getting up to speed. 
  • At this time this position CANNOT be fully remote. You must reside in Boulder or within an acceptable commuting distance.
