Compensation:                  $150,000 - $185,000 plus bonus, excellent benefits & generous PTO policy

Job Summary:
The Director of People Services leads the corporate People Services Operations function which includes  HR Systems, Reporting, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Benefits/401K, Compliance, Immigration and Employee Relations.  This role must provide both strategic direction of the function as well as perform day to day operational duties.

Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
  • Provide Services and Support across all Congruex Businesses for Shared People Services
  • Manage and Maintain HR Systems
  • Establishing Data Analytics and Reporting
  • HRIS and Employment Files/Records, and all Data Management
  • Total Rewards and Benefit processes and practices
  • Compliance and Immigration
  • Policy Design and Administration
  • Organizational Alignment and Organizational Charts
  • Acquisitions including due diligence and integration
  • Vendor Management
  • Various projects and initiatives as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Broad knowledge of human resources including organization development, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and talent acquisition.
  • Strong vendor management experience
  • Experience in budget management; including cost modeling of HR programs
  • Knowledge of Human Resource Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and payroll systems
  • Experience with all phases of HR System Implementations/Integrations
  • A self-starter with the ability to multitask and follow-up.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including working with executives
  • Experienced people manager
  • Minimum 7 years of experience

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification
  • M&A experience preferred
