Apogee Consulting Group is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist whose role is to support our design and project management professionals with their network and system needs. The successful candidate will have 2 or more years of IT systems experience; a service-oriented mindset; excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. This position will support our offices that span four times zones. Hours will either be 7:00am-4:00pm or 11:00am-8:00pm depending on location.

The Helpdesk Support Specialist is expected to have extensive knowledge of Office 365, Windows 10, SharePoint and experience building and maintaining relationships with vendors and employees.

Education Requirement:  Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. 


Occasional weekend and travel required.
