We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to support our plant in Botkins, OH. This role will be fully onsite within our facility.
The Continuous Improvement Specialist will support operational excellence and focus on responsibilities within the continuous improvement of the facility.
These responsibilities include:

• Lead continuous improvement projects

• Assist with implementation plans

• Support Sustainability Program by coordinating with site teams

• Prioritize Safety First culture within the plant and among production associates

• Ensure division standard work, KPIs, and best practices

• Assist site leadership in coordinating and improving Internal Equipment Effectiveness

• Provide technical support for ongoing Value Stream Mapping activities

Continuous Improvement Specialist Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

• Industrial Engineering/Technical background is a plus

• Strong knowledge of Toyota Production Systems (TPS), Lean, and/or Six Sigma concepts/methodologies required.  Green Belt or Black Belt from an accredited program is a plus.

• Health & Safety knowledge and experience, including foundational OSHA Knowledge, are preferred

• Previous Project Management experience
