Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
Minimum specifications of equipment per use case
Maximum specifications of equipment per use case
Standardize Fleet Vendors and Services
a) Forecast Growth needs b) Create a “Fleet Life Cycle Plan”
Attain Regional and National deals and forecasts to be struck with all major vendors
Management of the capex forecasts, requisitions, and approvals
Drive Adoption of Capex Request Processes
Manage matrixed team of field fleet professionals
Implement equipment sharing program between BU’s
Ensure DOT and other compliance are in place
Liaison with Safety Team to implement equipment safety check program
Lead Digitize of paper and pen processes for integration to both safety and Fleet SW
Develop training program for buckets and diggers
Implementation of the fleet management software
Drive field adoption of software
Create user specific dashboards and metrics to proactively manage and report all aspects of fleet and equipment
10 years’ experience in the maintenance, repair and inspection of vehicles and equipment (fleet vehicles) (preferred).
