Founded in 2003, HHS Construction is a leading provider of infrastructure services to major telecommunications and cable providers primarily in Southern California, and adjacent geographies. HHS Construction’s core capabilities include aerial, underground and substructure self-perform construction; ISP services; wireless services including Small Cell/CRAN installation, utility coordination, turn-key RF testing and maintenance; telecom engineering; placement and splicing of copper, coaxial and fiber optic cables; and pole maintenance. HHS Construction is headquartered in Ontario, California.

Job Summary:

Ability to work out of San Diego Office in El Cajon

Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):

  • Installation of metal wireless pads, H-frames, cabinets, pipes, wires, conduit, and ice bridge
  • Electrical grounding and exothermic welding
  • Manual labor - trenching, pipe installation, dirt work
  • Daily record keeping
  • Supervision of technicians Responsible for training your technician appropriately and utilizing them effectively and efficiently
  • Sign in and out of each site at the beginning and end of each day (via phone call)
  • Pre and Post job paperwork - limited but mandatory
  • Job oversight and management - responsible for the correct completion of each site
  • Regular communication with Management (Nick, Rick, Mikayla, Melissa) o Job updates, job foresight, issues, concerns

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Sweep/Pim Certified

Ability to read and build sites per plan

Ability to run a 2-man crew efficiently and complete job on time and with quality

Ability to work on Sprint/T-Mobile/Verizon/AT&T

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Climb/Rescue Certified

Class A
