Employment Status: Full-time, non-exempt (hourly)

Primary Location:Coeur d’Alene, ID

Compensation: $20-30

We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees in the same or similar role.

Job Summary:

HHS Construction is actively seeking a candidate for a Construction coordinator position in the Coeur d’Alene / Hayden market.

Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):

  • Managing the quality of work and budget costs.
  • Communicating with clients, developers, architects, and engineers.
  • Preparing work schedules for contractors and laborers.
  • Identifying, developing, and utilizing the talent pool to maximize productivity and quality of work.
  • Adhering to both budgetary and time constraints.
  • Reporting on progress and challenges.
  • Working with permitting agencies (city, county, state) and locates (811, USA).
  • Finding, employing, and managing contractors and sub-contractors.
  • Learning and applying the latest relevant knowledge to the work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

General

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or building science is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in construction required.
  • Recognized internship beneficial.
  • Strong business and communication skills.
  • Voluntary certification is beneficial.
  • Working knowledge of project management software.
