Job Summary:
. Our Technical Delivery Directors are responsible for the delivery of the development, project leadership, quality, and timely delivery of the project.

Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
  • Program Management and Program Development for customer legal mandate (aka “road moves”, “forced relocations”, “utility relocations”) needs.
    • Develop project delivery scope and strategy in alignment with customer needs and desired outcomes
    • Align internal resources and process to meet client objectives
  • Measurement of Effectiveness
    • Continual evaluation and improvement of processes by measuring and evaluating project outcomes against client strategy and desired outcomes
    • Direct changes in technical details, technical project approaches, resource allocation, and expertise sourcing to meet client needs
  • Training and Improvement
    • Works with leadership team to identify training and coaching needs and assists in the development and delivery of training programs
    • Mentors new staff
  • Project Management
    • Manages projects
    • Attends client meetings
    • Attends and runs public agency coordination meetings
    • Completes technical designs and drawings
    • Completes project and program level proposals and scopes of work
    • Manages project and program level budgets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
General
  • Familiar and experience in Washington public agency projects and programs.   Experience with SDOT, WSDOT, City of Seattle, King County, and other Seattle Metro public agencies desired.
  • Experience as an OSP Engineer or Civil Engineer required.
  • Familiarity with client facility mapping and records research a plus.
