ROLE SUMMARY:

You will be responsible to manage C&B and HR operations function of whole unit. Needs to ensure that different compliance and reports are being processed as per requirement. Coordained with vendors and govt departments to ensure fulfillment.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Including, but not limited to:)
 
  • Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member
  • Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget
  • Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations
  • Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture.
  • Ensure to comply employee file management, background etc.
  • Coordinates C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
  • Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Closely cooperates and manages the relationship with the external compensation consulting company
  • Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction
  • Manage and develop HR Technology including HRIS
  • Data Management and Reporting
  • Benefits introduction & administration.
  • Lead team and partner for flawless Payroll and compliance administration.
  • Data Analysis and guidance to various stakeholder within and outside HR
  • Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master’s degree in human resources.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR domain, preferred with some years of compensation consulting.
  • Existing knowledge of HRIS systems and databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Deadline driven, self-motivated, and technically savvy. 
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law(s) and HR best practices.
  • Decision-making skills are key to weighing the costs and benefits of various options.
  • People Management Skills.
  • Willing to work in Day/Swing Shifts.
  • Good Time Management Skills.
  • Good Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Flexible -takes direction with ease.
  • Critical thinking -takes initiative -self-motivated.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.

TRAVEL:
  • May be required at times for training purposes, or for company and/or client meetings.
