HHS Construction, LLC., a Congruex Company Founded in 2003, HHS Construction (HHS) is a leading provider of telecom and cable infrastructure services. Our core capabilities include aerial, underground, and substructure construction and wireless services such as Small Cell/CRAN installation. Additional specialty services include utility coordination, RF testing and maintenance, and cable splicing. HHS is headquartered in Ontario, California and serves the Southern California region.
Job Summary: The Project Coordinator works closely with project team members, managers and leads to help deliver major organizational projects efficiently. The Project Coordinator monitors project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizes and participates in meetings, and ensures that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
Report Directly to Team Director on Respective Responsibilities
Control and Verify job tracking statuses and dates
Prioritize Closeouts and Invoicing Workload
Monitor and Regulate Active unbilled and job cost
Check direct job costs for every job billed
Execute Hiring, Terminations, & Promotions for Admin/Support Staff.
Identify and communicate resource needs (equipment, material, logistics)
Direct job cost analysis
Maintain Client Relations / Notifications for Closeout/Billing statuses
Analyze Data Against KPIs and Utilize to Improve Processes & Solve Problems
Performs Monthly 1 on 1s with Direct Report Admins
Enforce Policy and Procedure, Timelines/Timeframes for Admins
Support Organization and Process Flow
Support and promote the Safety culture within the organization
Performs additional duties or responsibilities as assigned
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of project management software
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); Working knowledge of relevant software (e.g. adobe)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Background in construction billing is a plus
Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus
