Terra Technologies LLC, a Congruex Company
Terra Technologies LLC is a rapidly expanding nationwide engineering and construction company.  Terra Technologies LLC is unique in the fact that it blends civil engineering with utility engineering to provide design support for roadway projects impacting facilities of some of the largest utility companies in the nation.

Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for maintaining and modifying data used to centralize information in a data warehouse.  Employee will help develop warehouse reporting using basic ETL (extract, transform, load) methodologies in a Microsoft stack.  The candidate will work with large and varied datasets to create business reporting.  The candidate will effectively communicate the results of data analysis in written, statistical, and verbal form to managers.

Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
  • Develop and maintain ETL scripts to curate warehouse data
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reporting  
  • Support Executive Leadership and Project Controls in database maintenance and modification. Tasks include:
    • Develop reports from various complex data sources
    • Document business processes
    • Train end-users on reports and dashboards
    • Support various workflow management systems
    • Engage with and support business stakeholders
  • Updates necessary tracking system(s) to ensure that project and/or program status is maintained with complete accuracy, including third party management systems
  • Creates and distributes correspondences relevant to the data analysis request
  • Communicates all issues to management prior to reaching critical status
  • Develops and maintains accurate and complete records; continues to monitor for applications and databases for failure
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Extensive experience with SQL and SSMS and standard ETL practices
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large and varying sets of data
  • Proven track record of solving technical problems
  • Requires strong math and analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communications skills required to coordinate with reporting hierarchy
  • Critical thinking skills: make assessments and provide solutions to problems
  • Ability to be flexible, take direction and feedback with ease, including changes to process, workflow, schedule, and priorities
  • Handle large volume workload with a high frequency of repetition.  Follow templates, process flows and standard operating procedures with complete accuracy and requiring minimal, if any, rework.
  • Skill and ability to perform moderately complex professional tasks under general supervision and guidance
  • Ability to independently organize own work to meet established objectives, using discretion in performing duties
  • Deadline driven, self-motivated, and technically savvy
  • Superior time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace and changing telecom engineering and construction environment
  • Strong attention to detail
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or substitute relevant industry work experience (5 years).
Travel:
  • May be required to travel at times for training purposes.
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to sit for long periods.
  • Able to look at a computer screen for long periods.
