Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the processing of a product, project or account full cycle
 
Essential Functions:
• Coordinates the process of manufacturing a product from sale to delivery • Provides the first line of contact with the customer throughout the process • Liaisons with each department along the production process to ensure timelines are met • Coordinates the administrative processes associated with the production flow of the product • Manages the time lines and budgets associated with the program, product or project. • Maintains customer relationships • May have subordinates reporting to them and as such may be responsible for human resources functions such as performance appraisals, coaching and disciplinary actions • Responsible for new business development and/or "up-selling" within their customer base. • Provides training to Specialists, Sr. Specialists & Product Managers • Perform other duties as assigned or requested Quality and Continuous Improvement • Participates in process improvement efforts as required 

Education Requirement:
 Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent certifications and/or experience • Demonstrated proficiency in a program manager position and significant related experience in the area of discipline

Experience Requirement 
 Ability to collect, compile, analyze and interpret data • Knowledge of specialized equipment used and to apply techniques standard to the respective discipline • High level of experience with spreadsheet, word processing and discipline specific software packages

Skills/Knowledge/Abitites (SKA)
 Ability to communicate complex data effectively both internally and externally • Effective writing and presentation skills • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills Problem Solving • Ability to solve problems that may not be standard to the specific discipline, in situations where there is limited precedent • Ability to use independent judgement and basic reasoning skills • Ability to use basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication) • Ability to multi-task • Ability to manage cross functional processes and teams

Working Conditions: 
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals • Required to use basic motor skills on a daily basis • May be required to lift objects weighing less than 30lbs on a daily basis.
