SUMMARY: Our Court Technologies Domain Lead with the Justice Management & Technology team is a self-motivated individual who enjoys a fast-paced, rapidly growing working environment.  The position serves justice, public safety, and credentialling clients, leads teams and contribute subject matter expertise in the assessment, specification, design, and implementation of court technology solutions, such as:
  • Court Management applications / solutions:
    • Case and records management
    • e-Filing
    • Online Dispute Resolution
    • Jury Management
    • Evidence Management
    • Other court applications
  • Prosecution and Defense applications
  • Integration Justice Information Systems
  • Credentialling Applications
  • Vehicle Registration and Licensing applications
This Court Technologies Domain Lead will lead in the leadership and administration of the Market Segment Team courts technology systems domain and would continue to demonstrate a professional commitment to success by embracing, modeling, and living our core values of Persistence, Integrity, Trust, Accountability and Prudence.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead in the accountability for courts technologies domain strategy, growth, execution, and staff
  • Together with the Market Segment Leader, develop courts technologies domain goals and metrics in alignment with market segment and corporate objectives. Lead the courts technologies domain business objectives to achieve operational and financial goals
  • Support the market segment’s revenue expectations, while delivering high quality service to delight our clients
  • Support the development and execution of courts technologies domain growth strategies to achieve team and corporate goals
  • Develop, establish, maintain and manage client projects and relationships to ensure projects stay within time, scope and budget
  • Develop, lead, and participate in the coordination and preparation of presentations and proposals
  • Work with consultants, project managers and business development managers to forecast resource requirements, both type and quantity
  • Lead in courts technologies domain recruiting efforts through identification of appropriate candidates and assist in conducting candidate interviews as needed
  • Lead development, mentoring, and coaching of consulting staff, leading performance evaluations as directed by the Market Segment Leader
  • Lead by example. Foster teamwork while empowering and motivating team staff members to take charge and resolve issues within their sphere of influence in the pursuit of client and business objectives
  • Assist with strategic planning and large-scale information technology acquisitions for courts and other participants in the legal community
  • Engage in project management, change management, and business analysis for multiple projects. Assure quality of project deliverables and client satisfaction
  • Share and train any technical knowledge and expertise with peers – exhibit a positive attitude, exchanging ideas, concepts, and processes that create a strong team approach to problem-solving and client solutions

 

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 10 years’ work experience with project management, change management, business analysis, and technology transformation
  • 5 years’ work experience with the implementation of court technologies
  • 5 years’ facilitation experience with proven problem-solving capabilities and experience that includes budgetary responsibilities
  • Ability to assess client situations, identify needs, present concepts, develop specifications and recommendations, deliver solutions, and promote teamwork
  • Extensive expertise in the use of project management methodologies reflected in the PMBOK
  • Valid Driver’s License with the ability to drive to client site(s)
  • Computer skills required: accounting software; contract management systems; Microsoft Office; project management software
