Employment Status: Full-time, exempt (salaried)
Primary Location: Boulder, CO
Compensation: $150,000 to $180,000 (annual)
We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees in the same or similar role.

Job Summary:
This position will report to our SVP, Business Finance and Treasurer and will serve as an integral partner to the leadership of all Congruex Operating Units to ensure procurement and real estate plans and initiatives are aligned with the company’s ability to meet strategic goals related to growth, cost savings and risk management. The primary responsibilities will be to manage the company’s real estate portfolio and procurement and asset management processes. The ideal candidate will also have a desire and capability to assume a leadership role on other key Business Finance initiatives to accelerate the growth and scale of a company that is experiencing rapid growth amidst unprecedented industry demand for increased wireless and broadband connectivity.
Essential Functions (Including, but not limited to):
- Manage owned and leased real estate inventory, proactively managing all commercial terms while identifying opportunities to optimize across the portfolio.
- Partner with Operating Units to identify, negotiate and execute agreements related to the lease or acquisition of new space.
- Develop portfolio-based procurement strategies and processes to leverage our company’s size and scale to optimize pricing and terms with partners and vendors.
- Support and lead commercial negotiations for purchase of equipment, fleet vehicles and key materials.
- Support implementation of asset management software to ensure all assets are inventoried and tracked from deployment to decommission.
- Partner with Fleet Management to develop utilization analytics for large tools, equipment and vehicle fleets to optimize return-on-investment and capacity needs.
- Partners with Operating Units to utilize predictive forecasting and break-fix analytics to identify and forecast investment needs.
- Support and refine annual budget and recurring forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with Finance Transformation team to continuously evolve and improve financial reporting processes, visibility and controls.
- Support Accounting and Strategic Transformation teams in identifying and implementing new systems and processes to create back-office efficiencies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
General- Candidates must have their BS or BA, MBA desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Management or Consulting.
- Demonstrated management capabilities, especially related to leading strategic initiatives that drive performance, lead change efforts and produce superior results.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Intellectually curious with a desire to understand and improve processes.
- Ability and desire to learn how to optimize financial and operational processes in a rapid growth environment.
