Job Summary:
As a Project Manager you will be tracking and coordinating services within our rapidly growing engineering team. Although this is not a technical role, you will be in a technical environment coordinating tasks within our engineering team to complete services and ensure timely delivery to our customers.
The Project Manager is fully responsible for assigned customer markets within the business and at times may be asked to assist with additional markets. You will be required to work closely with our customers to build a relationship and constantly communicate to understand all projects, forecasts, timeline expectations and details. The Project Manager will work within customer databases to locate new jobs, create purchase orders and update project details. This position is fully responsible to manage and maintain each service while guaranteeing jobs are efficiently moving from origination to completion with the assistance of internal resources ensuring accurate service delivery in a timely manner.
.The Project Manager will work in a fast pace environment where accuracy is important. This person will need to multi‐task and prioritize to ensure all tasks are completed to meet our customer’s needs within the set timelines.
Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
Enter and edit job information along with detailed notes within internal systems
Manage and complete large‐scale projects
Update database as documents are received
Create and maintain process documents for each market as the process evolves
Build relationships and communicate with the customer understanding needs and timelines
Interact with customers to give status updates
Manage and resolve all financial aspects of the project
Responsible to review and update customer reports and databases
Resolve Engineering questions with the customer Work with internal contacts prioritizing services to meet deadlines
Acquire technical knowledge needed to understand project scope
Be actively engaged in the overall life cycle of the project
Review and create documents to provide customer with up‐to‐date equipment summary
Review engineering deliverables and drawings for accuracy
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and Excellent multi‐tasking abilities
Quick and self‐motivated learner with the ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills
Detail‐oriented, organized and continually strives for accuracy and quality
Education and Experience:
Associate or Technical degree is preferred
• Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
