OVERVIEW
Mission Critical Partners is a rapidly growing company that provides innovative technology solutions for the justice and court industry. We are seeking a self-motivated Client Services Director (CSD) with business development and sales experience to join our team. The CSD will be responsible for designing and executing strategic sales plans, developing opportunities from existing relationships, and building new client relationships within the US Justice and Courts market. This role requires a growth-oriented professional committed to success by embracing and living our core values of Persistence, Integrity, Trust, Accountability, and Prudence.

LOCATION 
Remote, ​​​​​​Western United States

EXPECTATIONS
  • Identify new business opportunities within the US Justice and Courts sector
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and bookings goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver client-focused solutions
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and account management
  • Attend industry conferences and events to network and increase brand awareness
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics

BASIC REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related government/justice field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the US Justice and Courts sector
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Established relationships within commercial and government environments serving the justice community
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to drive to our client locations and MCP regional offices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as needed, 60%+

PREFERRED
  • Membership and participation in affiliations, boards, or committees and organizations pertaining to the justice community
  • Background working with justice operations, legal systems, and/or court management technology
  • Knowledge of sales management tools is preferred
  • Knowledge of state and local agency policies and regulatory activities related to justice
