Job Title: Data Modeling Architect                        
Operating Unit: Congruex Corporate
Reports To: Sr. Director, Software Development
Employment Status: Full-time, exempt (salaried)
Primary Location:   Irving, TX
Compensation: $120,000 to $150,000 annual
We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees in the same or similar role.

• Work with subject matter experts to learn the capabilities of each application.
• Gathering and documenting application requirements provided by business stakeholders.
• Design and document data model and workflows to fulfill business requirements.
• Implement application changes using application configuration tools.
• Test application changes prior to deploying to production.
• Deploy application changes to production.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong workflow and data modeling experience.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into application data models.
• 3+ years of data modeling and application configuration experience.

• Experience working in an Agile/scrum environment.
• Familiarity with project management and billing functions.
