Job Title: Systems Administrator

Employment Status: Full-time, exempt (salaried)
Primary Location:   Boulder, CO
Compensation: $95,000 to $105,000 (annual)
We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees in the same or similar role.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks, both physical and virtual. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to manage your time between resolving problems and multiple ongoing projects. Ability to patiently communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users is key. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure takes a step forward every day.

Essential Functions (Including, but not limited to):

• Manage infrastructure (AD, O365, AzureAD, Intune, AlwaysOnVPN, etc.)
• Configure and manage Azure IaaS environment
• Handle independent projects within larger IT initiatives
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls, switches, and access points
• Manage Nerdio VDI environment
• Install, configure and manage AppNeta
• Update or create internal documentation
• Drive improved processes and practices
• Create, deploy and manage desktop and laptop images
• Resolve level two and three IT related issues (end user support)

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and managing Active Directory
• Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and managing Office365
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Azure IaaS
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Intune
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with managing firewalls and switches (Fortinet preferred)
• Scripting experience (Powershell) is a huge plus
• ITIL training preferred
