Dynamic Corporate Solutions (DCSI) business is expanding and we are seeking a Certified Compensation Consultant. The ideal candidates will be passionate for their profession, be a creative problem solver, have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with all levels in the organization.
- Applicants MUST reside in the Southeast as this position requires some onsite consulting with our clients.
- Applicants MUST hold a Certified Compensation Professional certification
The Compensation Consultant works with the Vice President of Consulting to plan, evaluate and deliver compensation services and projects as assigned. Employees should be comfortable meeting with Clients to provide them with compliant, business-sound HR solutions. While most of the work can be completed remotely, Consultants may be asked to work consistent weekly hours at various locations to provide direct support to clients.
Hours of work will vary from 0-40, based on project availability.
