Summary

Individual supports the U.S Air Force and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract at Edwards Air Force Base, better known as J-Tech II. Integrits Corporation develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation’s war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today’s missions and tomorrow’s global challenges. The Data Management Specialist IV performs duties involved in the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of operating systems, Oracle databases, and related software (for both unclassified and classified systems).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design, create, and maintain database systems utilizing Oracle database technologies.
  • Evaluate system specifications, configure system, establish standards, ensure hardware and software compatibility and maintain standalone workstations. 
  • Systems Administration, the Systems Administrator shall perform Windows and Linux Operating Systems installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and backups.
  • Performs the daily operation of software to include system security, appropriate access, configuration and backing up the system.
  • Specifies requirements, monitors performance, troubleshoots and ensures system is working properly according to specifications and parameters.
  • Analyzes, reviews, and alters configuration to increase operating efficiency or to adapt to new requirements.
  • Prepares documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections.
  • Develops documentation to describe installation and operating procedures.
  • Provides technical assistance to program users, as required.
  • Makes recommendations for future hardware / software implementations and related process improvements, schedules, plans and performs system upgrades including the transition from design, test, production and documentation environments.
  • Provides operational status, as required.
  • Uses established policies and procedures and subject matter knowledge to complete complex assignments requiring originality and ingenuity performed under minimum supervision with considerable latitude for independent contribution.
  • Provide user support for network, hardware, and software issues and maintain documentation of work performed.
  • Exercises discretion and independent judgement in representing and/or resolving matters of significance on behalf of the customer.
  • There is occasional lifting (up to 50 pounds), constant sitting and use of a computer terminal as well constant use of sight abilities while writing, reviewing, and editing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, and constant mental alertness. Perform mandated audits on multiple networks and systems

Required Qualifications
  • 10 years directly related Database Management experience or a combination of formal training and equivalent experience.
  • Possess effective oral and written communication skills.
  • CompTIA Security+ (or must obtain certification within 3-6 months).
  • Possess experience and knowledge with PC operating systems and productivity software including: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Windows.
  • Possess effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Possess a current state issued driver’s license.

Desired Qualifications
  • Current Secret Security Clearance with investigation conducted within the last 5 years.
  • Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) especially in regards to Oracle database compliance.
  • The ability to STIG, patch and remediate operating systems vulnerabilities for Windows 10, Server 2008, 2012, 2016, and/or Linux.
  • Experience with VMware VSphere 6.x
  • Experience with configuration of Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) to support websites that utilize an Oracle database.
  • Experience using PowerShell scripting for automation of administration tasks (both Oracle and Windows-based).
  • Possess knowledge of software and system engineering lifecycle and tools including requirements development, requirements management, design/modeling, implementation, testing, deployment, configuration management, and software sustainment.
  • Windows Server 2012/2016 Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
  • Associate or Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology; or equivalent technical training from an accredited academic institution, completion of a recognized certification program, or equivalent experience with demonstrated skills, knowledge, and technical competence.

Pay Range
$112,800.00   Annually to $177,800.00   Annually
