A focus on recruiting and awareness in the community as well as in our other two locations, we would like a Human Resource Specialist to join our team.
- Coordinate Job Fairs.
- Work with local schools for fairs, career days, school programs.
- Work with local temp agency to hire team members.
- Engage with local agencies such as ECHO, Crossroads jobs, etc.
Daily HR activities as needed. Such as assisting with audits, employee relations, and compliance reporting.
High school diploma, 3+ years of experience in recruiting. Experience with Insperity Premier is a plus.
Working Conditions: Normal office environment with clean room type manufacturing environment.
