Summary

Individual supports the U.S Air Force and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract at Edwards Air Force Base, better known as J-Tech II. Integrits Corporation develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation’s war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today’s missions and tomorrow’s global challenges. A Computer Scientist III provides software and systems engineering services, generally within a work unit or group.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design, create, and maintain database systems utilizing some or all of the following database
  • technologies: Oracle 11/12.
  • Design, create, and maintain software applications utilizing some or all of the following programming
  • languages: C#, ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, ADO.NET, SQL, PL/SQL and Visual
  • Studio.
  • Advise team and project managers on technical problems.
  • Interact with customers and project managers on a regular basis.
  • Work independently of direct supervision on projects of high complexity.
  • Use judgment and initiative in developing complex analytical and computational technologies and
  • methodologies for solving problems, which may be technically unique to the industry performed under
  • minimum supervision with considerable latitude for independent contribution.
  • Interpret customer requirements and develop and analyze the most appropriate approach to solve
  • technical problems.
  • Develop design of system/software and associated design documentation.
  • Prepare and conduct design reviews.
  • Implement design through software coding or hardware and appropriately document the design
  • implementation.
  • Plan and execute unit, integration, and system testing.
  • Participate in maintenance and sustainment activities of system/software.
  • Establish and maintain positive customer relations.
  • May support pursuit of new business efforts, lead proposal efforts, and act as a technical consultant.
  • Follow the software and system engineering lifecycle processes and provide recommendations for
  • improving the processes.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement to technology infrastructure.
  • Individual reports to an exempt onsite manager responsible for the IT Support Team operations.
  • There is occasional lifting (up to 50 pounds), constant sitting and use of a computer terminal as well
  • constant use of sight abilities while writing, reviewing, and editing documents, constant use of
  • speech/hearing abilities for communication, and constant mental alertness.
  • Perform other job-related duties, as required.

Required Qualifications
  • 3 years minimum experience in object-oriented programming languages, especially C#, ASP.Net,
  • HTML 5, CSS, and JavaScript based libraries.
  • Relational database design/development, preferably on the Oracle platform.
  • Possess knowledge of software and system engineering lifecycle and tools including requirements
  • development, requirements management, design/modeling, implementation, testing, deployment,
  • configuration management, and software sustainment.
  • Possess experience and knowledge with PC operating systems and productivity software including
  • Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Windows.
  • Familiarity with the application of industry standard hardware and software design and documentation
  • techniques.
  • Current Secret Security Clearance with investigation conducted within the last 5 years.
  • Bachelors’ degree in an associated discipline and at least 6 years’ related experience or have a
  • Masters’ degree in an associated discipline and at least 2 years’ experience, or a Doctorate in an
  • associated discipline.
  • Possess effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Possess a current state issued driver’s license.

Pay Range
$112,000.00   Annually to $166,000.00   Annually
