- Consult with hiring managers and HR managers on talent acquisition strategies to develop comprehensive, proactive hiring plans
- Provide a full range of recruiting and talent acquisition support to the business including conducting intake calls, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews and leading debriefs
- Assist with hiring and selection training for hiring managers
- Assist with implementation and execution of the Campus programs/Leadership Development Program
- Design and implement of DE&I Strategy
- Design and implement of Employment Branding strategy & Value Proposition
- Provide strategy support for front line staffing
- Assess and improve candidate experience, including processes and communications
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with all areas of the business
- Maintain all applicant data in HRIS system
- Track key talent metrics and identify insights
- Provide real-time feedback and development opportunities
- Anticipate future needs and develop proactive talent acquisition plans
- Build relationships with internal customers to understand business needs for new capabilities, talent profiles and hiring
- Champion and enable capabilities for talent attraction
- Drive effective development of messaging campaigns for target profiles and locations, candidate relationship management strategies
- Drive optimization of sourcing channels for both passive and active candidate recruitment
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in talent acquisition
- Partner with marketing to ensure a strong and consistent online presence, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.
- Collect and submit data for internal/external audits
- Lead and develop TA team members
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of five years of full cycle recruiting experience is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading talent acquisition teams and driving strategy, including employer brand, full-cycle recruitment, and campus programs
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of best-in-class hiring and selection practices
