Your New Job
Job Summary: We are looking for a Wireless Foreman to join our team. Job Responsibilities:
Installation of metal wireless pads, H-frames, cabinets, pipes, wires, conduit, and ice bridge
Electrical grounding and exothermic welding
Manual labor - trenching, pipe installation, dirt work
Daily record keeping
Supervision of technician o Responsible for training your technician appropriately and utilizing them effectively and efficiently
Sign in and out of each site at the beginning and end of each day (via phone call)
Pre and Post job paperwork - limited but mandatory
Job oversight and management - responsible for the correct completion of each site
Regular communication with Management on Job updates, job foresight, issues, concerns
Understand and track deliverables for closeout purposes
Performs other duties, as assigned
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in all aspects of the build process for multiple carriers
AT&T/VZW macro experience
Submit tower redlines
Understands PIM testing, Sweep testing, CPRI/Scope testing, Ret naming, Azimuth tools etc.
Sweep/ PIM Certified
Ability to set RET's
VQA user knowledge
Ability to stack steel on towers
Ability to read and build sites per plan
Ability to run a 3-man crew efficiently and complete job on time and with quality
Ability to work on Sprint/T-Mobile/Verizon/AT&T
Ability to make PPC/ CommScope Connecters
Knowledge of both small cell and macro site builds, a plus
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Must be able and willing to work outdoors and in inclement weather conditions
Must be able to maintain visual and audible contact with other crewman and all moving or stationary persons/vehicles/objects to ensure safe coordination of movement
Must be able to work around heavy equipment and machinery
Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
Must be able to bend and lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Routinely requires extended periods of bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, lifting in awkward positions, standing, and twisting
Must be able to stand, walk, sit or be in other physically demanding positions for long periods of time
Must be able to work while wearing safety boots, safety glasses, hardhat, and any applicable safety gear
