Job Summary: The main responsibilities for this role include managing daily financial transactions end-to-end, managing all forms of invoicing across multiple operating systems, effectively supervising and training of all accounts receivable administrators, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency through the entire accounts receivable process.
Job Responsibilities:
Obtains revenue by processing invoices, resolving missed payments, updating financial records, and effectively supervising staff engaged in similar activities.
Accomplishes accounts receivable human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
Meets accounts receivable operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying system improvements.
Collects accounts by contacting customers as needed; negotiating and resolving conflicts to resolve invoicing payment.
Updates receivables by monitoring all production entry transactions and weekly invoicing uploads.
Maintains financial security by adhering to SEU internal policies and accounting controls.
Maintains accounting invoice reporting by overseeing all location monthly invoice posting of transactions.
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading all SEU provided training materials and policies.
Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or Supervisor.
Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports.
