Summary
Individual supports the U.S Air Force and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract at Edwards Air Force Base, better known as J-Tech II. Integrits Corporation develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation’s war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today’s missions and tomorrow’s global challenges. A DM Specialist II performs work that is varied and that may be somewhat difficult in character on one or more specialty areas of data management or engineering data.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Complete Air Force required CCaR functional training and maintain a CCaR account.
- Ensure that CCaR related software systems and procedures adhere to organizational requirements.
- Assist the financial management teams with the resolution of CCaR related technical issues.
- Develop and maintain solutions to CCaR related problems, contribute to and maintain application system standards.
- Research and recommend innovative and/or automated approaches for CCaR application administration tasks.
- Manage CCaR accounts, investigate user support requests, and provide user training to organizational staff.
- Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures and provide periodic performance reports to support capacity planning.
- Perform routine CCaR application support duties including approving CCaR records, ensuring descriptions accurately describe work to be performed in accordance with CCaR records rubric, validating CCaR/DFAS reconciliation, assigning and tracking appropriate budget access privileges, and supporting the appropriate deletion of CCaR records.
- Acknowledge the disclosure statement for preventing personal conflicts of interest in accordance with FAR clause 52.203-16 requirements for this task.
- Exercises discretion and independent judgement in representing and/or resolving matters.
- Individual reports to an exempt onsite manager responsible for the IT Support Team operations.
- There is occasional lifting (up to 50 pounds), constant sitting and use of a computer terminal as well constant use of sight abilities while writing, reviewing, and editing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, and constant mental alertness.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration, or equivalent academic/technical training.
- Possess 3 years related experience or a combination of formal training and equivalent experience are required for this position.
- Employee is expected to routinely cross fields in the completion of somewhat difficult and varied assignments.
- Candidate must possess good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and within structured guidelines.
- Must possess verbal and written communication skills sufficient to permit interaction with other employees as well as taking work direction from Senior DM Specialists or Supervisors.
- Requires limited to no supervision.
- Proficient in computer operations, word processing, and integrated software applications, including electronic data management systems (EDMSs).
- Planning/organizing skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Must be able to successfully pass the required drug test.
- Ability to obtain CompTIA Security + Certification within 6 months.
- Ability to obtain a SECRET Security Clearance within 6 months.
