Our team is growing and we are currently seeking a Compactor Operator to join our team in Smyrna, TN. The 125,000 square foot warehouse is state-of-the-art, FDA registered and CLIMATE CONTROLLED.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a Compactor Operator you will:

• Breakdown cardboard.
• Use trash compactor and cardboard baler.
• Wrap pallets.
• Use forklift to move pallets onto and off of palletizer.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Successful candidates will have the following knowledge and experience:

• Forklift experience 
• Must be able to stand/walk up to 8+ hours
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have great attendance
• Must have great communication and social skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen. We are not a THC or Delta 8 friendly company.

HOURS:

Monday – Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm with occasional overtime as needed

PAY:

$16.50/hour
