Become a key player as a Digital Campaign Manager:
Adobe Genuine Team (AGT) is looking for a highly motivated and innovative person to continue to drive growth across Genuine Conversion. Our programs help users of non-genuine Adobe software to migrate to genuine Adobe apps. We have grown more than 10x in recent years and are set to continue to grow by improving existing experience and reaching to new audiences.

​​​​​Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
  • Manage the launch roadmap of Genuine campaigns and rollouts, partnering with teams to schedule launches and provide key updates to leadership
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across multiple markets and products
  • Measure and report on performance of all campaigns, identifying areas of unlock and producing compelling narratives
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to communicate campaign performance to stakeholders
  • Drive execution of new initiatives, partnering closely with experience teams, analytics and web production to schedule rollouts
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or 6+ years of relevant experience
  • 6+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketing, marketing agency, digital acquisition, digital engagement, or similar areas
  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive change
  • Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, matrixed organization
  • Background managing global campaigns
  • Track record of leveraging data to guide decision-making, taking proactive approaches to delivering high quality work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Cultural awareness and experience collaborating with global teams to deliver or extend programs across diverse regions and languages
  • Unmatched supervision and troubleshooting skills
  • Passion for delivering excellent user experiences and surpassing quarterly goals
  • Reporting skills with the ability to communicate effectively across partners, peers and leadership
  • Must be able to work globally a few days a week
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a SaaS or tech-centric environment
Pay Range:
$68.00 - $72.42/hour
