Accupac is looking for a Marketing Intern to join the team at our Detwiler, PA. offices.

Basic Job Functions:
As a Marketing Intern at Accupac, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while working alongside our talented team. This internship is designed to provide you with valuable skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Essential Functions of the Job:
  • Students will be tasked with different team specific projects, tasks, and participate in professional development projects and events to prepare them for their future careers.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create engaging content for our social media platforms and website.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns, producing reports and analysis to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Support the marketing team in administrative tasks, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements of the Job:
  • Currently enrolled in an associate’s, bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Previous marketing experience or relevant coursework is a plus but not required.
  • Possess creative thinking and problem-solving skills while implementing direction and feedback.
  • Ability and willingness to follow directions.
  • Ability to successfully work in a team and independently.
  • High levels of commitment and initiative.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations.
  • Work is generally done sitting, talking, hearing, and typing. Visual acuity to use a keyboard, prepare and analyze data and figures; transcribing, viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Occasional lifting up to 15 pounds.

Education and/or Experience:
Must be currently enrolled in an associate’s, bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 0-3 years of relevant experience or coursework.
