Are you an experienced Scrum Master ready to advance your skills? Join our team of CC pace agilists who are passionate about agile methodologies and helping our clients thrive. In this pivotal role, you'll be one of the driving forces behind maximizing productivity, fostering innovation, and delivering exceptional products for our clients.
 
As a Sr. Scrum Master, you'll wear many hats: coach, facilitator, problem-solver, and team catalyst. You'll empower our teams to embrace agile best practices, remove impediments, and continuously improve workflows. With your expertise in Jira (admin certification a huge plus), you'll ensure our client’s Jira ecosystem runs like a well-oiled machine.
 
What You'll Do:
 
  • Coach and mentor cross-functional teams, helping them master agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
  • Facilitate high-energy meetings (standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives) that keep teams aligned and info flowing
  • Identify bottlenecks and swiftly remove obstacles so teams can deliver at peak velocity
  • Analyze key metrics to provide transparency and ensure we're hitting targets
  • Foster a collaborative environment where creative solutions thrive
  • Upskill teams through coaching and just-in-time training
  • Apply systems thinking to assess agile maturity and scale practices accordingly
  • Collaborate with other agile experts in our Community of Practice

What You'll Bring:
  • 5+ years of success as a Scrum Master, with advanced certifications (A-CSM, PSM II, etc.)
  • Jira wizardry (admin certification is a huge advantage)
  • Coaching abilities to guide teams, POs, and business leaders
  • Project management know-how to keep complex initiatives on track
  • A passion for continuous improvement and agile mastery
